During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the complementary Christmas decorations and raffle. the lighting was also very festive and created a warm atmosphere. the hotel's location near the main street and several tourist attractions was convenient. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options that catered to everyone's taste buds.

Sadly, our room was not soundproof. We could hear the prayer call from the nearby mosque every early morning, which disturbed our sleep.

During my Xmas stay, the room was cozy and clean, and the bed was comfortable. the pool was inviting, and the kids had a lot of fun splashing around. Another advantage of the hotel was the lush greenery surrounding the property, which made for a relaxing atmosphere.

We experienced a lot of delays waiting for the food to arrive, and when it did, it was not worth the wait at all. the staff didn't seem interested in providing good service, and it was hard to get them to pay attention.

The staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted us with a warm smile. They were also very responsive to our requests, making us feel valued and well taken care of. The standard room was comfortable, with a high-quality mattress that ensured a good night's sleep. The water pressure in the bathroom was excellent, providing both hot and cold water as desired. The swimming pool was clean and a decent size, perfect for a refreshing dip. The breakfast spread had a great variety of local and international dishes, catering to everyone's preferences. The check-in and check-out process was efficient and quick, with chairs provided for added comfort. the service and facilities here exceeded our expectations, making our stay truly enjoyable.

We stumbled upon this gem during our tour of East Java. The hotel interior is beautifully decorated, with a mix of modern and old-school vibes. Our room on the third floor was quiet and comfortable, complete with all the toiletries we needed. The breakfast spread was impressive, with 6 different types of 'sambal' and fresh juices available. The medium-sized pool provided a relaxing escape.

The pillows were too thick for our liking.

Our room at El Hotel Royale was located on the 3rd floor and facing away from the swimming pool, providing a peaceful and quiet environment. The interior had a modern touch with old-vibes, creating a unique atmosphere. The hotel provided all necessary toiletries, including a hair dryer, which was a nice convenience. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of options including egg stations, fruits, salad bar, traditional dishes, and even fresh juices. our stay was enjoyable and we would definitely choose El Hotel Royale again if we visit Banyuwangi.
